Lab Processing Fees:
- We do our best to make labs as affordable as possible; therefore we NEVER upcharge for labs and always offer the lowest price available. We charge a very low $25 Lab Processing Fee to account for the time necessary to process the appropriate paperwork.
Messaging Fees:
- Messages requiring less than 10 minutes of provider time will be complimentary.
If a more detailed discussion or treatment adjustment is needed, an Office Hours appointment will be recommended.
Paperwork Fees:
- Letters, forms, and documentation completed outside of appointments:
$25 per 5 minutes.
