A well-regulated nervous system is central to our physical and psychological health and well-being. When our nervous system is dysregulated it manifests in a multitude of ways that can cause a cascade effect of symptoms for you or your child.

We are living in sympathetic (fight or flight) overdrive almost all the time due to the world we live in. This can lead to a chronically dysregulated nervous system, meaning we get stuck in a state of survival. When this happens, our system shifts its focus from things that make us happy, flexible, resilient and socially engaged, to constantly fighting perceivable threats that may no longer be present. In these states we feel constantly unsafe.

In this webinar, our in-house Holistic Health Coach, Darby Jackson, will be discussing 5 ways to help your children (and you!) move out of these chronically dysregulated states of being, into more calm, flexible, resilient and socially engaged states.

2. How do I access the webinar?

After you sign up, you will receive an email from Darby with all of the relevant details. Then, 30 minutes before the session begins on Thursday, March 23rd at 11:00am PST you will receive a Zoom link. Simply hit that link slightly before 11:00am PST and join us live for the call!

3. I’d love to join the webinar, but do I have to be on camera?

No! This is a webinar so you will not be on camera at all during the session.
